Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds just 10–20 seconds to each login — but significantly increases the security of your account.

Steps to enable 2FA:
  1. Log in and go to "Account Settings" > "Security".
  2. Click the "Activate Two-Factor Authentication" button.
  3. Choose between SMS or an authenticator app — whichever you prefer.
  4. Enter the verification code for the first time and complete the setup.
With 2FA enabled, you can use the "Remember this device" option on trusted devices — so you won't need to enter a code every time. A code will only be required when logging in from a new device or browser.

Yes, crixx has a dedicated mobile app available for both Android and iOS.

For Android users:
  1. Crixx's official website (crixx.bet) to download the APK file.
  2. Go to your phone's settings and enable "Install from unknown sources".
  3. Tap the downloaded APK file to install it. The file is typically 20–30 MB.
For iOS users: Search "crixx bet" on the App Store and install the official app.

Keep in mind: Only download the APK from crixx's official website — third-party sites are not safe.

If the crixx app won't open or keeps crashing, start with these steps:

When an update prompt appears:
  1. Close the app and download the latest APK from the crixx website.
  2. Install the new APK without uninstalling the old app — your account data will be preserved.
If it crashes or won't load:
  • Restart your phone.
  • Clear the app cache: Settings > Apps > crixx > Storage > Clear Cache.
  • Check your internet connection — try both mobile data and Wi-Fi.
  • The app may not work on Android versions below 6.0.

crixx offers betting on football and many other sports. The process is much the same as betting on cricket.

To get started with football betting:
  1. Log in and go to the "Sports" section.
  2. Select "Football" from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select "Bangla" or "BN" — the page will switch instantly.
Changing the language in the app:
  1. Go to "Settings" or tap the gear icon at the bottom bar of the app.
  2. Tap the "Language" option.
  3. Select "Bangla (Bangladesh)" and save.
Switching the language will change all messages, buttons, and notifications to Bangla. Customer support in Bangla will also be available.
